28 Years, One Mission: Serving Global Bathroom Brands with Undivided Focus on Export

Founded in 1998, KORRA is among the first batch of shower enclosure manufacturers in Foshan. For 28 years, we have remained 100% export-focused – never pivoting to the domestic China market. This is not a strategic shift; it is a deliberate commitment. We exist solely to serve global buyers, brand owners, and trading companies through OEM/ODM custom manufacturing.

To date, the KORRA brand has been officially trademarked in 14 countries, including Australia, Denmark, the UK, Germany, Singapore, Spain, and Malaysia. Our products reach mainstream markets worldwide, with 2025 figures showing: Americas 38%, Europe 37.5% – these two regions together accounting for over 75% of total sales.

Why Global Partners Stay with KORRA – Three Key Pillars

Through long-term partnerships with numerous international bathroom brands, KORRA has built deep expertise in OEM/ODM service, consistently maintaining high customer retention rates. We welcome you to visit our booth for a full discussion. But here are three foundational reasons that set us apart:

KORRA's 56,000 m² Shower Enclosure  Intelligent Base

KORRA's 56,000 m² Shower Enclosure  Intelligent Base

① Manufacturing Strength: 96,000 sqm of Owned Production Space, with Shower Enclosure Monthly Capacity Exceeding 10,000 Units

KORRA operates three wholly owned manufacturing bases – Yingyue Smart Manufacturing Center (Shower Enclosures, 56,000 sqm, newly launched in 2023)Danzao Plant (Bathtubs, 25,000 sqm), and Nanzhuang Plant (Bathroom Vanities, 15,000 sqm) – totaling 96,000 sqm, with 223 employees.

Robotic Arms

KORRA's Semi-Automated Assembly Line

automated vertical palletizing lines were introduced

In 2024, our production lines underwent a major intelligent upgrade: robotic arms for material handling and automated vertical palletizing lines were introduced. At the final packing station, products move from conveyor belts to robotic arms for automatic pallet stacking, or enter fully automated wrapping lines for stretch film application, strapping, and vertical flipping onto pallets. The tangible benefits for large-volume orders (with peak daily capacity of 650 units) include: reduced labor dependency, near-zero carton damage rates, and significantly improved container loading efficiency. For procurement directors from the Americas and Europe, this translates directly to reliable lead times, minimized in-transit damage, and optimized per-container logistics cost.

② Quality Assurance: In-House Lab Running "Automotive-Grade" Tests – Not Just "Bathroom Standards"

Patent Certificate Issued to KORRA

KORRA holds CE, cUPC, ETL, SGCC, BS 6206, SASO/SABER, SONCAP, Watermark, and PAS-Mark/S-Mark certifications covering the Americas, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. But beyond certification, our internal lab enforces much tougher testing protocols:

  • 45kg Sandbag Impact Test (per EU Standard EN14428): Simulates heavy impact during real-world use to ensure glass panels do not shatter;

  • Hinge and Roller Durability Test : For new model development, our reciprocating open-close test reaches 60,000 cycles (the European standard requires only 20,000), with no visible deformation of hinges or rollers;
  • CASS Acidic Salt Spray Test : pH 3.1–3.3, 5% salt concentration, 50°C, 24 continuous hours – automotive-grade standard, used to verify corrosion resistance of electroplated, PVD, and coated components;

  • Constant Temperature Water Immersion Test: 38°C for 24 hours to check for blistering, hazing, discoloration, or delamination of coated surfaces;
  • Sand Abrasion Test, Quench Test, Cross-Cut Adhesion Test, Chemical Resistance Test, plus 10+ other inspections covering the entire material-to-finished-product chain.

Additionally, every batch undergoes 100% in-line inspection on the final assembly line, with 1 unit per 50 randomly pulled for complete trial assembly – ensuring all parts are present, structure fits precisely, and watertightness meets specifications.

③ Commercial Confidentiality: The "Invisible Shield" for Your Brand

Because KORRA provides OEM/ODM services to numerous international brands, our workshop enforces strict confidentiality protocols – photography is prohibited, production zones are segregated, and customer sign-off samples are securely stored under controlled access. For brand clients who value product design protection and channel exclusivity, this is non-negotiable. To learn more about our production process, we welcome you to schedule a booth meeting or arrange a confidential virtual factory tour.
